The B 625 is MULTIVAC's largest chamber belt machine with the highest output. The chamber lid, which can be swung out manually, enables optimum access to be gained to the inside of the chamber. The machine is designed for the automated packing of large batches of fresh meat, cheese and processed meat such as sausage, ham, and bacon.
Depending on the desired output, the B 625 can be equipped with various pump combinations. The temperature-controlled impulse sealing ensures that a constantly high level of seal quality is achieved in non-stop mode. Thanks to manual sealing height adjustment, which can be performed without tools, the B 625 is capable of being adjusted quickly and flexibly to different products.
The B 625 features a wide variety of equipment options and incorporates the MULTIVAC Hygienic DesignTM. Thanks to the IPC 03 machine control with touchscreen, its operation is very reliable and user-friendly.
When combined with the comprehensive range of MULTIVAC components for loading, shrinking, drying, quality inspection, and labelling, the B 625 can be upgraded to a highly efficient packaging line.
